Our goal is simple: clean, precise installs with zero stress for you.2. Booking & Payment
- Quotes are always upfront no surprises.
- Payment is due once the job is complete and you’re happy with the work.
- We accept cash and e-transfer only.3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Last-minute cancellations may include a small fee to cover time and planning.4. Safety & Care
- We treat your home like our own, taking extra care with your walls and valuables.
- We can’t be responsible for pre-existing wall damage or hidden structural issues that affect the install (we’ll always flag anything we notice).
- We’re fully insured, so you can book with confidence.5. Your Part
- Please clear the area where we’ll be working before we arrive.
